MRI Depot is seeking a Bilingual Office Assistant

We are only interested in those seeking a long-term career opportunity. Position is in the Orlando area. You must be willing to travel, including some international travel from time-to-time.

Qualified Candidates Must Have:

- The ability to read, write and speak fluent Portuguese (and English)
- Documented 1-2 year history working as an office assistant/secretary or similar
- Previous sales and customer service experience a plus - not compulsory
- Demonstrated written and verbal communications skills
- Demonstrated computer skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook
- Previous experience with ACT! a plus - not compulsory
- Typing skills of 55wpm or better
- Demonstrated time management skills
- Ability to think and work independently with minimum supervision
- Medical background a plus - not compulsory
- Excellent phone communication skills and mannerism
